If the Captain cancels a scheduled charter due to weather or mechanical issues, a full refund will be made to the client.

Please Note: No GPS capability devices are allowed onboard. NO Navionics app that tracks boat location or InReach that tracks our location. This is NOT allowed. No photos taken of our Electronics while in use either. If found, the charter will be terminated and full payment is required. GPS numbers (our fishing spots) are how we make our living and we cannot afford for the numbers to get out.
Cancellation for daily charters:
Bookings or cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
When booking your charter you are booking your day to go fishing. We understand sometimes you may want to go offshore, but if the conditions are not favorable, our policy is to rebook it to a later date or book it to a nearshore or river trip.
Mechanical issues:
Even though mechanics issues are rare they do happen from time to time. Payment is only required for the duration that was spent fishing before the mechanical issue. In the case of seasickness or weather issues at sea, once the boat has left the dock the full payment is still required.
Pandemics, Hurricanes, or any other Natural Occurrence out of both of our control, gift cards will be issued to both parties, and will not lose any money.

Seasickness: No discounts or refunds for sea sickness or changing weather conditions at sea, our crew is up at 4:30 am to prep for your trip and once the boat leaves the dock, full payment is required at the end of the trip.

We recommend that you bring what ever you like to eat and drink and yes beer is allowed and cans are preferred and drink responsibly.

Yes, after your day of fishing we will recommend where to have your fresh fish cooked for you.

Yes, the UPS Store in town has shipping coolers and gel packs. The cost depends on where you ship it to but on average it’s $150/box.

You can pack your fish in the cooler and Publix sells dry-ice, you can take up to 4 pounds of dry-ice on a plane typically. Just check in your cooler just like your luggage.

Sometimes it can be, but we always recommend a 3/4 or Full Day since we have to hunt more for Pelagic fish.

A typical day starts with us cast netting bait. This usually takes place before you arrive, but sometimes we need to get it on the way out. Most baits don’t make it overnight.

20% is customary and may be added to the credit card on file. Tipping the captain the 20% directly is standard and they accept cash, credit card, Venmo or Cash App typically.

Yes, we will provide the information needed in order for you to get a mount made.

No, the maximum number of clients we can take is 6 due to USCG Regulations.

Fortunately we have 2 bodies of water we can fish. If the Atlantic Ocean is too rough most of the time it will be much calmer in the inlet, nearshore or in the river.

Yes, we have shade under the T-top. We also have seating and if it’s a little bit choppy the best ride is where the captain steers from and behind them.

Yes, the more we know the better we can make sure you have a great trip.

Most days we can get by with our Dirty Dolly Performance Shirts & Hats available online at DirtyDollyFishingCharters.com – We also recommend bringing a pair of polarized sunglasses, a face shield for the sun, and some sunblock. We also recommend wearing sneakers or waterproof fish boots like (Xtratuf) or other brands that are similar.

The card on file is typically ran at the dock the day of your charter.

That is no problem, just give the cash to the captain either before or after the charter.
